**TITLE:** Desktop Service Desk Support Technician

**SUMMARY:**
We are seeking entry-level Desktop/Service Desk Support professionals to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for troubleshooting service desk-related issues, including password resets, general Office 365 applications, desktop support, and printer support. This role offers opportunities for vertical growth within the organization.
**DUTIES:**
* Provide first-level support for desktop and service desk issues
* Assist users with password resets and account access
* Support general Office 365 applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and printer issues
* Document and track service requests in the ticketing system
* Collaborate with team members to improve support processes
**REQUIREMENTS:**
* Basic understanding of desktop support and service desk operations
* Familiarity with Office 365 applications
* Experience with Epicor Eclipse is a plus
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**EDUCATION:**
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
**Location Requirement:**
Candidates must be located in Houston, DFW, or Austin. In office work Mon-Friday.
