**About the role**

Are you interested in joining a product team to learn and grow your skills in product delivery? We are looking for a **Product Director** who is collaborative, inquisitive, enthusiastic and passionate about building products. In this role you will be joining and managing a dynamic team of product owners and collaborating with cross-functional, global and local teams to assist in designing, building and rolling out products for internal and external stakeholders.
As a Product Director, you will work closely with Product Managers and the Product Owner team to ideate solutions, develop stories for development, manage scrum processes and support ongoing management of Incentive Solution’s products. You will work with Engineers to schedule tickets into a sprint and manage the execution of sprints along with a scrum master. You will also play the role of guide and mentor to the more junior members of the product team
Keys to success for this role are strong attention to detail, self-starter, great people skills, great team leader and passionate about solving problems. Overall, as product director you are responsible for the success of the company's software products, ensuring that they are aligned with business goals and customer needs, and managing the product development process and teams to ensure that products are developed on time, within budget, and to a high level of quality.

Our company is seeking a highly experienced Product Director to lead our product owner team and development efforts. The Director of Product Owner Team will be responsible for managing a team of product owners and ensuring that product development is aligned with business goals and customer needs. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful products and leading cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
**Responsibilities:**
---------------------
* Lead and manage a team of product owners, providing guidance and support in the development and execution of product strategies.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and technical teams, to develop and prioritize product requirements and features.
* Maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
* Ensure that the product backlog is continuously updated and refined to reflect changing business needs and priorities.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that product development is on track, including engineering, design, and quality assurance teams.
* Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of the product.
* Participate in sprint planning, sprint reviews, and daily stand-up meetings to ensure that the team is aligned and focused on the product goals.
* Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the delivery of the product.
* Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of the product and any changes to the product roadmap or backlog.
* Manage the performance of the product owner team, including setting goals, providing feedback, and addressing performance issues as needed.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering successful products in an Agile environment.
* 5+ years of experience managing a team of product owners.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards a common goal.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
* Experience with product management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
* Knowledge of data analysis and interpretation to drive product decisions.
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to identify innovative solutions.
* Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
