We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee QA with a focus on Automation Testing to join our dynamic team. As a Trainee QA, you will be an integral part of our quality assurance team, working closely with developers, product managers, and senior QA engineers to ensure the highest quality of our software products. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about software quality, eager to learn, and looking to kickstart their career in QA and automation testing.**Job Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with the QA team to understand project requirements, create test plans, and design test cases for various software applications.
* Assist in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
* Execute automated and manual test cases, report defects, and track their resolution to ensure that issues are addressed promptly.
* Create and manage test data required for executing test cases and ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
* Document test results, generate test reports, and maintain comprehensive records of test cases, scripts, and test execution logs.
* Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in QA and automation testing. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.
### **Requirements**
**Candidate Required Skills**

* B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Basic understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. Familiarity with automation testing tools like Selenium is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to analyze and interpret technical information.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
* Prior internship or project experience in software testing or quality assurance is advantageous but not required.
