Truist is continuing its commitment to Digital Innovation for Commercial clients and executing with agility. To support this exciting growth, we are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a passion for promoting the agile mindset and coaching teams to higher levels of maturity and predictability.
Within our Commercial Agile Release Train, you’ll provide servant leadership for two dedicated cross functional scrum teams, facilitating all daily and sprint level team ceremonies while maintaining a high level of team morale and constant collaboration across the ART.
As a delivery- focused team leader, you will enable Agile teams to realize value by facilitating Agile ceremonies, following Truist Best Practices, removing impediments, coaching on Agile processes, and ensuring team rules are being observed.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Manage, coordinate, and facilitate all assigned initiatives while adhering to the SAFe Agile methodology.
* Partner with lines of business, Enterprise Support Teams, Enterprise Project Office, Platform Teams, and Software Engineering Directors
* Leverage knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles to ensure that Scrum Team deliverable are met on time and within budget.
* Facilitate team ceremonies.
* Navigate the organization in order to remove impediments on behalf of the team.
* Ensures Agile tools are up to date.
* Responsible for ensuring Truist Agile TDLC is appropriately followed.
* Troubleshoot, solve, or consult on, problems and recommend appropriate action.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Required Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years’ professional experience, for example: at least two+ years in a delivery role (developer, tester, architect, BA, business owner, etc.)
* Prior experience in a Scrum Master role
* Two+ years of experience working on or with Agile teams
* Communicate effectively with team members, management and product owners/managers
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* College Degree in Computer Science, Math or related field of study
* Financial industry experience
* SAFe Scrum Master Certification or Scrum Master Certification other industry recognized organizations
* Two or more years being a Scrum Master on an ART
* Experience with forming new Scrum teams
* Excellent communication and people skills, ability to keep an open mind, to be supportive and motivate others
* Experience working with onshore offshore team mix
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Experience with reporting on Agile metrics
* Experience with Rally
