Description:

The Identity Access Management (IAM) team within Digital Security and Trust (DST) is seeking a highly motivated and skilled access administrator to join our team. The IAM Sr. Access Administrator will be responsible for:

* Supporting security and access administration for enterprise applications, including University Financials, Human Resources, Student Information System, reporting systems. OASIS applications, and other related environments.
* Ensuring compliance with established security and audit processes, standards, and requirements.
* Serving as the primary contact and subject matter expert for access controls.
* Collaborating with application teams to design, develop, and implement access security controls.
* Leading access control implementation during system upgrades or new builds.
* Consulting with colleges and business units on access controls and best practices.
* Interacting and communicating with customers to provision access controls.
* Reporting on security and audit-related status.
* May provide on-call support outside of normal business hours.

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited school or equivalent combination of education and experience with a minimum of 4 years' experience supporting access management development and administration in large scale enterprise application environments; Project Lead experience; Demonstrated ability to work well with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Work, Access), LDAP Administration and SQL scripting.

Desired Education and Experience:

Over 7 years of experience in supporting access management development and administration within large-scale enterprise application environments; Experience in Security or Access Management for enterprise ERP applications (e.g., Workday); Possession of relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, CISA, or equivalent; Proficient knowledge of the ITIL framework, SQL programming, and API/web services.

The Targeted Hiring Range for this position is $94,400-$124,200.
