Key Responsibilities
• Spearhead the daily development efforts and operational demands of the reserve team, ensuring prompt and effective project delivery.

• Excel in a remote-first framework, adjusting adeptly to the distinctive challenges associated with distributed teamwork.
Required Skills
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a notable emphasis on Golang or C/C++.
• Proficient in utilizing Git within production settings.
• Familiar with agile software development methodologies and capable of functioning effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Extensive experience dealing with large and intricate codebases.
• A robust understanding of design patterns and best practices in software engineering.
• Demonstrable experience working with various APIs, including REST, GRPC, Websockets, and FIX.
• Knowledge of socket programming (TCP/IP, UDP).
• Experience in writing tests and establishing continuous integration pipelines.
Qualifications
