**Job Overview**
The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in implementing and executing marketing strategies across various channels. This is an entry-level position with opportunity for growth and development in the marketing field.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, web, events).
* Create content for social media posts, email marketing campaigns, and website updates.
* Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and insights.
* Coordinate with internal teams to develop and maintain marketing materials.
* Assist in managing marketing events and conferences.
* Manage and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
* Ensure that all marketing materials and messaging are consistent with the company's brand guidelines.

**Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
* 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing or a related field.
* Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience with graphic design and/or video editing software a plus.
