**Responsibilities**
* Lead the analysis and optimization of financial operations processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
* Conduct detailed financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
* Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to support strategic planning and decision-making.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financial operations and provide actionable insights to senior management.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting, treasury, and business units, to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency.
* Support the implementation of financial systems and process improvements to enhance data accuracy and operational efficiency.
* Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements within financial operations.

**Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
* 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, financial operations, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of financial operations processes and best practices.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
* Proven ability to lead projects, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
