As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments with potential clients for sales executives.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Make outbound calls to potential clients using targeted lists provided by the company.
* Engage in meaningful discussions with prospects to understand their business software challenges and needs.
* Inform prospects about the features and benefits of solutions.
* Qualify leads based and arrange appointments for sales executives.
* Keep accurate records of interactions and scheduled appointments in the CRM system.

**Requirements**
* Experience in inside sales, outside sales, business development, B2B sales, appointment setting, lead generation, or similar role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to engage prospects over the phone and build rapport quickly.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes a plus.
