**What will your day look like?**

* **Client Acquisition:**
Utilize proven business development, account management, and sales experience skills to develop new clients and build strong business relationships.

* **Client Expectations:**

**Who You Are?**

* **Experience:**
Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the staffing industry.
* **Industry Knowledge:**
Strong understanding of staffing and recruiting functions for departments such as Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or IT, and their relevance to businesses.
* **Communication:**
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage with clients at all levels.
* **Strategic Approach:**
Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, with a strategic and consultative approach to selling.
* **Work Ethic:**
Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* **Negotiation Skills:**
Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
* **Technology:**
Proficiency in using CRM software to manage and track sales activities.
