**Job Overview:**
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process by coordinating interview schedules, managing candidate communication, and assisting with various recruitment activities. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to provide an exceptional candidate experience.
**Responsibilities**
* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring timely communication and updates.
* Manage candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
* Assist in posting job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and the company website.
* Prepare and send offer letters, employment contracts, and other related documents.
* Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments as needed.
* Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including organizing recruitment events and career fairs.
* Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports for management review.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication throughout the hiring process.
**Qualifications**
* Experience in a recruitment or HR administrative role is preferred.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
