**Responsibilities**
* Assist senior financial planners in developing and implementing financial plans for clients.
* Conduct financial analysis and create reports to support planning recommendations.
* Manage client communications, including scheduling meetings and handling inquiries.
* Perform research on investment options and market trends to support planning strategies.
* Maintain client files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

**Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
* 1-2 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a related field.
* Knowledge of financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Progress towards CFP® certification or a willingness to obtain it is preferred.
