Responsibilities:

* Campaign & Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events
* Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals
* Event Management: Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue selection, and on-site execution
* Marketing Materials: Create and oversee marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency across all channels
* Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
* Content Development: Support the development of promotional content for social media, email, and other marketing channels
* Client Engagement: Engage with clients, partners, and stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships
* Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing and events team as needed

Key Responsibilities:

* Event Coordination: Coordinate and manage the logistics of events, from planning to execution
* Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and campaigns
* Content Creation: Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content
* Campaign Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and event outcomes
* Budget & Timeline Management: Assist in the management of budgets, timelines, and project plans
* Vendor Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure successful event execution
* Industry Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices

Desired Skills & Experience:

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
* Experience: Proven experience in marketing, event planning, or a related role
* Organization: Strong organizational and project management skills
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems and social media platforms
* Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Creativity & Problem-Solving: Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
* Flexibility: Flexibility to work some evenings and weekends for events
