We are seeking a skilled HR Business Analyst to analyze and enhance our HR processes and systems. In this role, you will leverage data and insights to drive strategic HR decisions, improve operational efficiency, and support organizational growth.

**Responsibilities**
* Analyze HR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
* Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to provide actionable insights to senior management.
* Collaborate with HR teams to assess current processes and recommend enhancements.
* Conduct cost-benefit analyses for HR projects and initiatives.
* Support the implementation and optimization of HR software and systems.
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations for key stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements through data analysis.
* Assist in developing and monitoring HR budgets and forecasts.

**Qualifications**
* Proven experience as an HR Business Analyst, HR Analyst, or similar role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.
* Experience with HR software (e.g., HRIS, ATS) and reporting tools.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance issues.
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) preferred.
