**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Talent Analytics Specialist to leverage data analytics and business intelligence to drive strategic talent management decisions. This role will focus on analyzing talent-related data to improve recruitment, retention, performance, and overall workforce planning.
**Responsibilities**
* Collect, analyze, and interpret talent data to provide actionable insights into workforce trends, employee performance, and talent acquisition effectiveness.
* Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to monitor key talent indicators such as employee turnover, hiring success rates, and employee engagement.
* Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify data needs and provide data-driven recommendations to support talent management strategies.
* Conduct predictive analytics to forecast future talent needs and potential workforce challenges.
* Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to present complex data in an understandable and actionable format.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation processes and regular audits.
* Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in talent analytics and workforce planning.
* Support HR projects and initiatives with data analysis and reporting, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
**Qualifications**
* Proven experience as a Talent Analytics Specialist, HR Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role with a focus on talent management data.
* Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
* Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other talent management systems.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
* Understanding of HR practices, metrics, and compliance requirements.
* Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Human Resources, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in analytics preferred.
