**Job Description**
* Performs a variety of production related functions in the Marketing Department.
* Decision maker for design and layout of property collateral, advertising and direct marketing pieces.
* Responsible for coordinating the production, purchasing, quality control and strategic placement of Marketing Department on-property communications and promotions.
* Works closely with advertising, casino marketing, promotions and sales managers to develop, identify and respond to production related needs
* Attends and approves printing press checks for all collateral productions.
* Maintains par stock levels of all marketing collateral, solicits and awards bids of production to appropriate vendors.
* Tracks and reports monthly spend to advertising manager.
* Coordinates placement of marketing supplies on property.
* Works with vendors to insure quality and quality control.
* Coordinates set up of on-property promotions.
* Responsible for operating on property plasma systems

**Knowledge, Skills & Education Preferred**
Four year college degree in Graphic Design or Marketing. Demonstrated willingness to work hard in a team environment. Prior work related experience with Macintosh Desk Top publishing. Proficient in Quark Express, Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Marketing background with experience in production and graphic design.

Advanced knowledge of Quark Express, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, CS Suite Working Knowledge of PDF Software, Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel. Advanced knowledge of Pinnacle Systems, Adobe Premiere, Title Deco, DV-Mpeg Coded and DV-Mpeg Multiplexor. Gif and Web Design Software for PSD.

**Physical Requirements**
This position may require long periods of sitting, standing, and typing at a computer keyboard. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis, reach above head occasionally, bend below knee level occasionally, and rotate torso periodically.
