Our Client located in Central Ohio is seeking a remote
**Sr. Full-Stack Software Engineer.**

**Responsibilities:**
* Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions across the full technology stack.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to gather requirements and deliver high-quality features and enhancements.
* Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in both front-end (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, .NET) technologies.
* Develop and manage RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services and APIs.
* Ensure software is developed with best practices in mind, including security, performance, and scalability considerations.
* Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers to foster a collaborative and learning-focused environment.
* Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing solutions and enhancements to improve system reliability and user experience.
* Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve development practices and processes.
* Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

**Qualifications:**
* 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development with a proven track record of delivering complex applications.
* Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, .NET).
* Experience with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
* Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile development environments.
* Proven leadership abilities, with experience leading projects and mentoring team members.
