**Job Description**
Coordinates customer service initiatives and communications. Provides support to customers via phone, email, live chat, and in person with various ticket office interactions including general inquiries, invoicing, order fulfillment, ticket management and issue resolution during events. Responds to customer concerns and resolves or escalates complaints through the appropriate channels. Maintains public-facing communications including ticketing web pages and automated messaging within phone and chat systems. Follows procedures and guidelines relating to customer service and communication and participates in ongoing customer service training and resource development for enhancing the customer experience. Supports ticket office management team with other duties as assigned including reconciliation, reporting, cash handling, database maintenance, ticket allocations, distribution and supervision of student staff. Performs other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Education Required**
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.

**Preferred Education Desired**
Bachelor's level degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Required Qualifications**
Experience with Ticketmaster or other ticketing software desired. Experience in ticketing operations and customer service management. Position requires ability to work extended hours including evenings and weekends.

**Additional Information**
The pay range for this position is $15.70 - $20.67 (min - mid). The offer for this position will fall within this range based on internal equity, unit's available budget, and the candidate's education and experience. This position qualifies for overtime, shift and weekend differential
