**Responsibilities:**

* Serve as trusted advisor to our customers throughout the sales process and entirety of the customer lifecycle
* Lead strategic projects and special assignments as business dictates
* Understand customer requirements and communicate the business value of solving technology problems using the platform
* Oversee teams of 2-6 Consultants and Analysts across multiple strategic client engagements
* Prepare demos and proof of concepts to demonstrate various use cases for the platform
* Develop expertise regarding internal tools and administration
* Synthesize complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations
* Provide thought leadership and innovation within projects and practice areas

**Qualifications:**

* 3+ years of experience of account management
* Preferred: Experience in tech related field required, SaaS background a plus
* Preferred: Microsoft Office suite, particularly advanced PowerPoint and Excel.
* Preferred: Project management software (JIRA, Confluence)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent time management and organization skills
