In this role, you must:
· Work in a dynamic, collaborative, transparent, culture where your talent is valued.
· Identify and drive opportunities to improve automation within the application/organization.
· Self-motivate to help build in house development team, resources, and environment.
· Estimate, design, build, test, and deploy coding changes, updates, and improvements to an existing healthcare platform with a small team.
· Review code written by members of the Development team
· Troubleshoot system issues based on end user reports and feedback.
· Work with hosting company and third-party programming support team to help product run optimally.
· Use SQL databases to create one off and recurring reports and data analysis for medical and operations teams.
· Work with sensitive and confidential patient health information (PHI)
· Position reports to the DevOps Manager and Chief Operating Officer
**Position Requirements:**
· Minimum 3 years of experience using C# developer
· Secure Coding Experience and OWASP trained
· Knowledge of .NET Framework 4+, HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
· Ability to write SQL queries and design report exports
· Ability to write clean, easy to understand code
· Experience with Microsoft DevOps and Git Repositories
· Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
· Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently and complete projects with minimal supervision
· Experience with Agile Development Methodology (Kanban also acceptable)
· Passion for software engineering and craftsman-like coding prowess
· Hybrid in office preferred - located in Highland Park Illinois.
· Willing to hire part time or full time for this role - responsibilities and compensation to change based on status.

Pay: $76,912.00 - $83,650.00 per year
