Description:
**POSITION SUMMARY:**
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the overall purpose of the onsite LCS Manager is to manage the day-to-day activities at the facility and work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner and manage priorities in keeping with deadlines and SLAs. The LCS Manager will have responsibility to lead and participate in both technical and warehouse teams that perform tasks such as: asset auditing, inspection, data capture, data erasure, configuration of network and other IT devices, and perform quality checks.
**Responsibilities:**
· Responsible for managing day-to-day operations and warehouse activities.
· Manage and track resource performance and skills development.
· Create process documentation for various warehouse procedures
· Monitor service levels and ensure orders are completed to meet deadlines
· Create action plans to address order backlogs and special projects.
· Manage chain of custody process and data destruction process with focus on quality and accuracy checks.
· Perform day-to-day tasks alongside the Operations team including but not limited to:
· Receive products into ERP system.
· Recording detailed hardware attributes
· Data Erasure
· Identifying and cataloguing various IT hardware including but not limited to: servers, networking gear, data storage arrays, hard drives, POS equipment etc.
· Fulfilling orders from stock – Preparing shipments and packaging to ensure safe transportation to our customers.
· Inventory counts and general warehouse tasks as assigned.
· Operate Forklift / Reach truck
· Support the team however required to prepare necessary documentation that supports the fulfillment and shipment tasks; including move tickets, material transfer and requisition forms, packing lists, shipping labels, truck bills, manifests, etc.
· Willing to support the required business area based on daily demand: willing to learn and adjust easily with changing priorities
· Candidate must possess organization and precision with inventory control for multiple businesses operating in close proximity of each other
· Offer support in Quality Control team member checks/verifications as needed
· Assure accurate inventory counts and inventory balance information is maintained and reported using information in the inventory system.
· Assist in assuring a safe working environment
· Adhere to standard operating procedure and department operating procedures
· Practice good housekeeping of work area and equipment used in the fulfillment process.
· Attend, participate, and successfully complete all training sessions & instruction
· Performs other duties as assigned
· Become proficient in our IMS systems (Morse/Spectrum Pro/etc.). Record detailed hardware attributes into database. Note any missing components, damage, and condition of units being inspected.
REQUIRED Qualifications & Competencies
· Strong communication both written and verbal
· Good sound knowledge of warehousing functions
· High attention to detail
**Functional / Technical competencies**
* Always promote the correct professional company image.
* Competent in standard IT Applications such as MS office suite, Excel, Adobe etc.
* Proficient in learning new software applications Blancco, verity etc.
* Attend and participate in Company meetings as and when required.
* Be aware that at times it may be necessary to work outside the usual hours of operation to service customers in various geographies and meet SLAs.
* Maintain absoluteconfidentiality with regards to all company information.
* Maintain a safe working environment in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act and the Company's Health and Safety Policy.
* Implement, manage and maintain ISO and R2v3 standards

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (Essential:)**
* General warehouse duties
* Reporting missing items, late returns, and damages
* Punctuality, flexibility, and positivity is essential.
* Able to prioritise workload.
* Basic numeracy and literacy
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* 3 – 5 Years Job-related Experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience order filling/processing and storage
**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**
· Stand for extended periods of time (in some cases up to 100%), although some limited tasks would require sitting
· Handling valuable computer components
· Lift, bend and move at waist level, above the shoulders and below the knees; up to 10Ibs continually and occasionally up to 75lbs
· Push and pull frequently up to 25Ibs. Frequently is defined as up to 66% of time in a regular shift
· Reach above shoulder level up to 66% of time in a regular shift
· Repetitive hand movements (both hands) include packing orders and inputting data into NAV through a handheld device or keyboard
· Continually is defined as 67-100% of time in a regular shift and occasionally is defined as up to 33% of time in a regular shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
