**POSITION PURPOSE / SUMMARY STATEMENT** (defines the major functions/purpose of the position):
The SAP DTC Analyst is responsible for production support of SAP FMS DTC business areas. In this role, the SAP DTC Analyst provides ongoing support as a key member of the ASICS North America Regional Enterprise Support (ANA RES) team. The role involves communication with business stakeholders from ASICS subsidiaries all over the world. In addition to providing on-going production support, the SAP DTC Analyst works closely with IT and business analysts to identify and analyze requirements and to recommend appropriate modifications and system architecture solutions. This role requires the ability to work effectively in a teamwork environment.
**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES** (include titles of positions directly reporting to this position):
* This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
**ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:**
* Interacts with all levels throughout the organization, including employees and outside vendors.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Investigate problems and needs, identify their source, and determine possible solutions.
* Troubleshoot and resolve production problems in DTC areas; document system problems and resolutions for future reference.
* Provide 2nd level support to business users seeking services, changes, or reporting incidents, through ServiceNow (ITSM system).
* Retail/B2C interfaces support & monitoring.
* Create and update test cases, conduct testing and assist users with testing scenarios.
* Prepare technical design specifications for enhancement projects and change requests.
* Troubleshoot technical issues and work with the Service Desk group to continuously reduce the number of support issues, thus improving internal customer satisfaction.
* Research, analyze and evaluate present or proposed solutions or problems, to define the best business processes.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:**
* Must be able to understand and translate business processes into effective SAP DTC solutions.
* DTC Integration experience with Customer Activity Repository (CAR), Material Management (MM) and Financial Accounting and Controlling (FI/CO) modules.
* Knowledge of Fiori app and usage
* Able to write and maintain system documentation.
* Able to have concise written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong problem solving, cross functional analysis and global thinking abilities.
* Able to think in an analytical and structured way.
* Able to coordinate multiple tasks with conflicting priorities.

* Knowledge of apparel and footwear industry preferable

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
**EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:**
* 2-3 years of experience in an SAP Analyst role or similar position
* Experience role within the Sporting Goods or Fashion industries.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related fields or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
* Strong understanding of SAP Sales & Distribution business processes, especially processes related to Direct-to-Consumer channels.
* Experience with SAP Retail and Fashion Management System (FMS) is a plus.
* Experience working in multicultural and virtual teams.
* Computer skills: Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) etc.
