**Program overview:**

At Scoular, we are dedicated to developing young talent to support our customers and partners around the world. Scoular interns gain real life experiences while learning the ins and outs of our businesses and solutions. During the 11-week program, interns create a true impact on our business by gaining hands-on experience in the field of business development, immersing themselves with our culture and working alongside team members.

**What you will do:**

Scoular’s IT Internship challenges you to focus on business enablement and ensuring we continue to evolve and modernize our technology. Throughout the internship, you will have the opportunity to:

* Assist in business analysis to identify and recommend opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and process capabilities
* Design, develop and implement systems that achieve a set of goals
* Research emerging technologies, trends, and benchmark data to make recommendations to improve customer experience, architecture, processes, and tools
* Own and manage a project throughout the summer and present your experience, learning and recommendations to key leaders
