Description:
**Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Network Operations Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our network infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
As part of the NSOC, the engineer is in charge of monitoring overal Network Health statuses and responding to any immediate disruptions and problems to production systems. As part of daily responsibilities, the engineer will be handling any elevated tickets from the service desk team, as well as handle direct issues from upper management groups. In partnership with the INFO Sec team, they would also be the forefront of resolving vulnerabilities discovered through our daily scans. Along with this, another responsibility would be Asset Tracking and Inventory Managment. This role requires adaptibility and determination to the utmost degree.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
-Proficiency with DataDog, Confluence, Jira, IGI, Intune, AssetExplorer, Azure, Inky, BigFix, Webex, BeyondTrust, Physical Machine Deployments, BCX, Deployment Testing, FSLogix, OneDrive, Content Filtering
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
