This position will be working with large sets of data centered around the company’s financials, operational contracts, and other key areas of the organization. Analyzing and validating financial data, including P&L statements, across multi-state business units will be a prominent area of focus. This role will also be significantly involved in the month end process and overall maintenance of financial reporting. **Responsibilities*** Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with operational, managerial, and executive teams
* Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
* Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
* Work with Shared Services to identify, document and troubleshoot interface issues and address ongoing data gap issues
* Conduct daily systems analytics to ensure smoot operations, and take appropriate action when failures are identified
* Provide data and process analysis using a variety of SQL tools
* Manage Enterprise Organizational & Financial Master Data
* Develop forms and workflow systems for all financial processes, including but not limited to Accounting, Billing, Payroll, P2P and Financial Consolidations
* Develop, maintain, troubleshoot and manage Corporate & Operational financial & KPI reporting and manage month-end distribution processes
* Technical liaison with Controller and FP&A teams in developing and publishing annual budget and forecasts
* Maintain financial back-office automation API tools such as ERP journal entry, AR invoice & cash receipts upload tools
* Compare and validate data between systems; tie out monthly, quarterly and annual reporting numbers
* Create, Analyze, manage client billing processes including rates, mark-ups and ad hoc analysis
**Required skills and** **qualifications*** 2 or more years of experience in analytics and systems development
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent
* High proficiency with SQL and database management
* JSON, DAX and M Formula languages a plus
* Proven analytical abilities
* Excellent communication skills, with an ability to present and translate data to leadership
