**Responsibilities:*** Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues across the organization, composed of 55\+ users in\-house, satellite, and remote
* Maintained and updated the company's Salesforce system to ensure smooth operation
* Implement IT security protocols to protect company data
* Provide IT support for employees to address technical issues promptly
* Regularly backup and protect the company's data to prevent loss.
* Responsible for VPNs
* Support of VOIP telephone system
* Manage contract remote users
* Backup Servers and workstations via Crashplan
* Onboard and Remove users from the firm
* Maintain Domain Names, Team groups, and Spam filters
* Physical equipment setup at workstations
* Able to work weekends at times, as required

**Qualifications:*** 3\+ years of experience in IT support
* Proficiency in Salesforce administration
* Preferred A\+, Network \+, Server \+ Certifications or similar Microsoft Certifications
* Strong technical aptitude for learning new systems
* Excellent problem\-solving skills
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
