**Job Title: Product Manager – Mid**
**Location: Fully Remote**
**Job Summary**
* We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with 5\-10 years in product management, ideally with a background in retail labor planning and budgeting, as well as global experience. This role will oversee the development and strategy of products throughout the product lifecycle.
**Job Responsibilities**
* Define and support the development of products that meet customer needs throughout the product\-market lifecycle.
* Collaborate with various teams to identify customer needs, understand the solution context, and develop the program vision, roadmap, and features.
* Own the feature product backlog and serve as the ultimate product authority, approving objectives.
* Generate business value work with the portfolio layer, ensuring that the work cascades down to the team level.
* Drive strategic themes \& roadmap for the product lifecycle, guiding the product through lifecycle states.
* Ensure that value streams are creating feasible and sustainable products \& solutions.
**Skills Required**
* Experience with Logile application/product.
* Understanding of Retail Labor Planning and Budgeting.
* Experience in road mapping, backlog management, and fiscal budgeting.
* Proficiency in SAFe principles, Kanban and Scrum framework.
* Understanding \& support of DevOps \& Security best practices.
* Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure deliverables meet product needs.
