Description:
This is a HYBRID ROLE \- Onsite 3 days a week in the client's Boston or Washington DC offices.
We are seeking a skilled
**Application Specialist**
to manage and support
**Intapp Open (primary focus)**
, I
**ntapp Flow, Intapp Integrate,**
and related technologies. The role involves deploying, upgrading, and troubleshooting applications while designing and maintaining API integrations and RESTful services. This position also requires collaborating with vendors, creating technical documentation, and contributing to technology best practices.
**Responsibilities:**
* Serve as the technical expert for assigned applications, ensuring smooth operation and support.
* Plan and execute application deployments, upgrades, patches, and customizations.
* Develop and maintain API integrations, including troubleshooting data exchange issues.
* Collaborate on application packaging, configuration, and design for complex systems.
* Provide technical support, resolve escalated issues, and lead problem management activities.
* Create and optimize SQL queries; analyze and troubleshoot database\-related issues.
* Implement and maintain security protocols and standards.
* Document processes and provide technical guidance to teams and end\-users.
* Participate in special projects and contribute to service excellence initiatives.
**Qualifications:**
* Experience with Intapp Open, Intapp Flow, and Intapp Integrate (or similar technologies).
* Strong proficiency in SQL, database management, and API integration.
* Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) and Microsoft environments.
* Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills in enterprise systems.
* Excellent communication skills for both technical and non\-technical audiences.
* Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
* Experience supporting a 24x7 production environment.
