* Partner with teams in production planning and control, total quality management, material management, and process reengineering to drive success.

**Desired Skills**
* Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience/combined education with 6 years of professional experience, or 4 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree.
* Familiarity with the production or sustainment of the C\-130 Hercules.
* Experience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
* Proven ability to lead self\-directed work teams or manage training initiatives.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in manufacturing tools and software.
* Ability to interface effectively with internal and external customers, ensuring timely resolution of challenges.
* Experience in production planning, quality management, or related manufacturing operations.
* Strong knowledge of material management and process reengineering.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team\-based environment.
* Ability to communicate information to all levels regarding technical issues.
* Experience in identifying and driving Continuous Improvement opportunities.
* Firm working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
* Experience with Elapsed Time Generator (ETG), SFM, QADS, ATLAS Learning Management System, EVMS understanding, SAP navigation, VAS, PDM and cost management skills.
* Must have excellent problem solving skills, good written and verbal communication for interfacing with technical support team, build team and internal/external customers.
* Aircraft structural, electrical, and systems experience. C\-130 experience preferred
* Ability to work individually and within a teaming environment.
* Must be able to explain/demonstrate in detail layout process and secure coordination of assemblies working to station, water, center, and butt lines shown on engineering documents.

**Pay Rate:**
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $71,000 \- $136,000\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
