**Business Analyst**

**Role Description: Responsibilities:**
* Develop functional requirements based upon high level business scenarios, strong ability to write agile style user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Manage IT software development projects including developing and maintaining overall project plan and Sprint calendar.
* Establish communication plan across multiple cross\-functional teams and external vendors, provide frequent updates to important stakeholders to ensure deliverables and timelines meet set expectations.
* Perform other project related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications:**
* 8\+ years professional experience working as product owner OR scrum master or technical project manager preferably in hospitality / car renting industry.
* Strong experience in writing Agile requirements, ideate functional scenarios, strong ability to probe business stakeholders to understand personas , develop user journeys and ability to break down epics into features into user stories.
* Strong ability to understand existing applications, being able to map functional behaviors of various user flows.
* Solid experience in communicating with business stakeholders and software developers as well as QA to serve as a liaison between various teams.
* Solid experience with one or more leading ALM tools such as Azure Devops / JIRA /TFS
* Strong understanding of Agile Scrum process and ability to manage large sized projects execution.
* Ability to communicate status reports, developing dashboards for crisp and pithy communication for executive leadership.
* Prior experience working on developing cloud native software applications on AWS or Azure is strongly preferred.
* Familiarity with at least one programming language and proficiency in SQL is strongly preferred.
