**Key Responsibilities**

**Quantitative Research \& Analysis**
* Analyze private market data to identify trends, assess risk/return dynamics, and evaluate investment opportunities.
* Develop and refine quantitative models that integrate with fundamental investment analysis.
* Leverage AI/ML techniques where applicable to enhance investment decision\-making.
* Communicate insights effectively to investment teams, ensuring data\-driven recommendations are actionable.

**Data\-Driven Investment Insights**
* Support investment teams with quantitative analysis for portfolio construction and risk assessment.
* Collaborate on research projects that enhance the firm’s approach to private equity investing.
* Assist in responding to client and investor inquiries with data\-backed insights.
**What You’ll Bring**
✔ 3\+ years in a quantitative finance role, ideally with exposure to equity markets.
✔ Strong programming skills—Python (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, visualization tools) and SQL.
✔ Experience working with large datasets, statistical modeling, and financial analysis.
✔ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
✔ Ability to collaborate in a fast\-paced, team\-oriented environment.
**Preferred Background**
🎓 Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or Ph.D. in a technical field preferred.
📊 Experience in asset / investment / alternative management — intellectual curiosity and problem\-solving ability matter most.
